About Me

I'm now a senior at CSUN working on my Business degree in Marketing. Within this past year there's been a change in the way I view things. Last year it was all about making $$$. Even though I still plan on making $$$ with my charming personality, attractive looks, and sharp intellect- did I mention witty sense of humor :) I now realize it all comes down to happiness. If I'm happy with who I am, where I am, and what I've become, I'll be successful in whatever I choose to do.
With that already said I don't like talking about myself, but writing about myself is a lot easier...so brace yourself! After graduation, which won't be till Spring 2005 I hope to establish a career in advertising...particularly in the entertainment, fashion, or health & beauty field. I've always been fascinated and entertained by TV commercials so I'd enjoy working in that particular area of advertising. A lifelong goal I'd like to accomplish is seeing a commercial I've worked on make it to the Super Bowl!
However, because I can be pretty fickle I'm open to change. And who knows what can happen in a year. Something that's definitely caught my eye is massage therapy. After graduation while trying to find and keep my first post-graduate job I'd like to become a masseuse. If things in advertising don't work out, I'd like to open up my own massage place or perhaps become a "masseuse to the stars."
LOL- everyone has to have outrageous dreams right?!
I love being busy...to a certain extent, however cramming for tests, reading textbooks, and working on class projects don't count! Ever since I came to CSUN as a mere freshman, I've been involved with on-campus organizations such as: AKPsi and NSCS. Some hobbies of mine are reading; eating- anything and everything; working out- I've got a 3 year gym commitment so I'd better get my money's worth; cleaning-believe it or not it's a great stress reliever; and pampering myself- hence my interest in learning to massage.
So now that you know a little more about me...here's a parting thought to think about: (courtesy of Panda Express Fortune Cookies)
