Check your email for a
message with your Evaluator ID. This ID will not change so save
this email for future reference. If you think you should complete
an evaluation but did not receive an email with
your evaluator ID, contact
the appropriate person for your department. You need to make
sure the department has your correct email address and are assigned
to the correct candidates. Also be sure your email is not over
its maximum or filtering the emails as spam.
School-based
supervisors will all need to give their email account
information to their department in order to access the
system. You should give your email address to the university supervisor
or send an email to the
appropriate email address for your department (be sure to
provide your name and the name of the
candidate you are supervising). If you do not have an
email account, you may want to get one by contacting your school
district or by signing up for a free email account at mail.yahoo.com
or gmail.com (any email account
will work, so long as you can reliably receive messages on it).
If you need more information on obtaining a free email account,
contact your
department.
University
supervisors will receive email on their CSUN account.
Your email can be forwarded to another account if you wish.
Anyone who is an employee of CSUN is automatically assigned an
email account (even if you have never used it). In order to check
your account, go to the accounts page:
www.csun.edu/account
Here you can look for your account
name or password if you do not already know it (for help with
this, contact the University Help Desk 818-677-1400 or helpdesk@csun.edu).
This page allows you to set up mail forwarding to send your messages
to another account. You can forward the email to any account so
long as you are reliably able to recieve messages.
