OVERVIEW
The TLC is comprised of five clinics and centers (Berke Assessment Clinic and Library, DEAF Project, Family Focus Resource Center, Los Angeles Times Literacy Center, Mitchell Family Counseling Clinic, Special Education Literacy Clinic) working in partnership to provide integrated community services.
