Institute for Community Health and Wellbeing

Social Skills Assessment Intervention and Learning Clinic: (SSAIL Clinic)

OVERVIEW

Our mission is to offer individuals from the Los Angeles area the opportunity to participate in client-centered research. We aim to provide clinical services that are the state-of-the-science to our community. We provide services to school-aged children, adolescents, and adults with and without diagnoses. We aim to teach relevant skills to improve our client’s overall quality of life. Our clinical research is focused on improving current behavior analytic interventions and disseminating that knowledge to enhance best-practice.

It is our mission to provide high-quality training to graduate and undergraduate students. Students will learn skills necessary to their development as a behavior analyst. Students may have the opportunity to accrue hours that meet the university-based practicum experience standards for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
