VRC Operation VOB

Let’s shop local and veteran-owned during Operation VOB (Veteran-Owned Businesses), presented by the Veterans Resource Center. This summer, we’re highlighting different veteran-owned and military-connected businesses each month and giving Matadors a chance to discover some new neighborhood favorites. Whether you’re military-connected or civilian, there’s something for everyone — from restaurants and breweries to barbershops, photographers and tarot readings! Plus, you’ll be entered to win a special $25 voucher when you register to visit a barbershop, or a $20 voucher when you register to visit a restaurant or brewery or a special CSUN discount when visiting service-based businesses.

From Friday, June 18 to Saturday, June 26, we’ll feature:

If visiting Leathernecks Barber Shop, RSVP below through June 26 to be entered to win a $25 voucher. If visiting Dee Hartford Photography, follow @deehartford on Instagram and post a screenshot to your Instagram Story displaying proof that you are following. Be sure to tag @deehartford and @csun_vrc, then be on the lookout for a message about your special CSUN discount.

Your mission this summer is simple — plan your visit and show your support for local veteran entrepreneurs during Operation VOB, brought to you by the Veterans Resource Center of the University Student Union … Where Matadors Belong.
