WHAT:
The Veterans Resource Center of the University Student Union (USU) invites all CSUN students to shop from thriving local and veteran-owned businesses this summer during Operation VOB (Veteran-Owned Businesses). Every month, join us in highlighting different local veteran-owned businesses including Leathernecks Barbershop and Dee Hartford Photography in June, Bastards Canteen and Semper Fidelis Photobooth in July and Bravery Brewing and the Force Healer in August. Discover amazing veteran entrepreneurs this summer from restaurants and breweries to barbershops, photographers, and tarot readings!

Gabriel Hernandez, Veterans Resource Center Supervisor, is responsible for coordinating this event.

June 18-26, July 16-24 and Aug. 6-14.

WHY:
This is a great opportunity for Matadors to be aware of the many local veteran- owned businesses around them while also building a community and making meaningful connections.
