Supervising for Success

This seminar by the Center for Nonprofit Management is designed for new supervisors and those who have had no formal training in their supervisory role. Topics examined will include managing other people’s performance, communicating effectively with staff, building teamwork and cooperation, developing and motivating a team, and transitioning from being “one of the team members” to the person in charge.
