How do I keep connected with my nonprofit’s donors if I can’t have lunch, can’t have them out for a site visit, can’t have a gala? How do I raise funds in this strange new world? This Zoom workshop will feature practical strategies for maintaining good donor relationships in this troubled time - started by asking how the donor, his/her family and workplace are doing, then sharing what your nonprofit is doing to continue offering service to its constituencies. And it will cover strategies for requesting emergency funds, keeping scheduled donations in place (memberships, annual giving), and suggesting innovative ways donors can help such as asking them to purchase and have Amazon deliver goods that are needed for clients of a service nonprofit. The free workshop will be led by Janet Levine of VNR and Levine Consulting, and facilitated by VNR Executive Director Dr. Thomas Backer.
