Introducing the Practice of Adaptive Leadership

Adaptive leadership is a practice that mobilizes leaders to tackle tough challenges, while enabling the capacity to thrive. In this free workshop, participants will be introduced to adaptive leadership tools, tactics and ways of thinking. This practice can help leaders more accurately diagnose the nature of complex problems, more effectively intervene to achieve desired change, and promote truly adaptive cultures in their organizations. The workshop will be led by Bob Lazzarini, MBA, an adaptive leadership expert and director of the Certified Nonprofit Professional credential program at Antioch University.
