VNR, in partnership with Strength United, has received funding from Kaiser Permanente to provide education on interpersonal violence for health and human services nonprofits in the Northeast Valley (any Valley nonprofit may participate). Three educational workshops will be offered, along with a brief online guide to basic concepts - tailored to nonprofits that do not offer IPV services, but may come into contact with clients, staff or their family members who have challenges in this area. Referral information also will be offered about agencies that DO provide such services. The three free workshops are each co-sponsored by a VNR partner organization.
