The Grieving Workforce: A Guide for Leaders

The re-opening of our economy means that nonprofit leaders will be expected to get compliance, engagement, productivity, creativity, and innovation from a workgroup that is suffering from having endured some of the most traumatizing events in recent history. These same leaders are not immune to the recent trauma and tragedy and must do this work while processing their own pain and loss. This seminar is designed to give leaders a guide to bringing a grieving and traumatized workforce together and the tools necessary to lead them on the path to productivity.
