Funding Domestic Violence Supportive Services: Talk with Innovative Funders and Program Awardees

As part of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Strength United (co-sponsored by Valley Nonprofit Resources) is putting on a free event on Friday, October 30, 2020 from 1:30 - 3 pm. It will highlight three innovative domestic violence programs and the funders supporting them. Panelists are LA County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl; Chanel Smith, LA City HCID; Natalie Robles, Mayors Fund for Los Angeles; a speaker from Free From; Terry Dibble, Van Nuys Charities; Taylor Dudley and Jennifer Wagman, PhD, UCLA; and Marie Sadanaga and Rissharo Garcenila, LAPD. VNR’s Dr. Thomas Backer will moderate the panel.
