Learning to manage teams remotely is challenging enough. But how does one do that well, while also working to address issues of inclusivity and diversity? This training will combine two models - the Emotional Intelligence model and the ECHO model - to provide nonprofit leaders with support, clarity, and concrete interventions they will be able to employ in team-building and leadership development while building an inclusive organizational culture. Participants will also learn how these goals and objectives can be achieved virtually.
