Boston Private Bank Nonprofit Seminar  On Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 8 – 10 am, VNR Executive Director Dr. Thomas Backer will be a keynote speaker at this seminar for nonprofit leaders, hosted by Community Partners in downtown Los Angeles.  His topic will be “New Approaches to Individual Giving.”  This is the first event in VNR’s yearlong program emphasis on building the capacity of Valley nonprofits to raise funds from higher-end individual donors, in the context of an overall philanthropic strategy.
