The University Student Union (USU) at California State University, Northridge is a student centered non-profit organization that works to expand the college experience through various programs, services, employment, and involvement opportunities.

The University Student Union, as the heart of campus, uplifts and empowers students to achieve educational, personal and professional goals by providing leadership development, meaningful employment, and innovative programs, services and facilities. We promote equity, inclusion and well-being, while encouraging social justice advocacy to help Matadors feel heard, respected and connected to CSUN.

The University Student Union at CSUN includes the DREAM Center, Pride Center, Computer Lab, East Conference Center, Games Room, Northridge Center, Oasis Wellness Center, Reservations & Event Services, Student Recreation Center, USU Programs, Veterans Resource Center...and you!

“Mix N’ Mingle” at the Pride Center is All About Creating New Friendships for the New Year

The Pride Center at the University Student Union (USU) invites  CSUN students to attend its “Mix N’ Mingle” event on Thursday, Feb. 4 at 6p.m. to kick off the spring semester and expand their comfort zone by making new connections among the LGBTQ community and its allies. This event is completely free and an easy way to give students the chance to create friendships at CSUN. Read more

“LA Nights” to Feature Laker and Clipper Games in The Pub at the University Student Union

The Pub Sports Grill at the University Student Union (USU) is excited to invite all CSUN students, faculty and staff to “LA Nights” to watch the Lakers and Clippers games this Spring on their big screen TVs. The first featured game is on Wednesday, Feb. 3 at 7:30 p.m. when the Clippers take on the Timberwolves while fans enjoy their “Pub grub”, get Pub discount coupons and enter the halftime raffle for awesome team gear.
