Thursdays Rock with Free Crafting and Live Music during “Craft Corner” and “Noontime Concert” at the USU

What:
The University Student Union is back this semester with it’s Thursday lunchtime entertainment featuring the always popular “Noontime Concert” and “Craft Corner”. On select Thursdays starting Feb. 2, you can show off your creativity and artistic ability at “Craft Corner” while enjoying live music performances from some very talented performers at the “Noontime Concert” series. 

Who:
Drake Baker, Student Events Assistant, is responsible for coordinating the “Noontime Concert”.
Courtney Brubaker, Student Events Assistant, is responsible for coordinating “Craft Corner”.

When:
Select Thursdays, from Feb. 2 until May 4

  • 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Craft Corner)
  • Noon to 1 p.m. (Noontime Concert)

Where:
Plaza del Sol at the USU 

Why:
Provide CSUN students with free live entertainment and a chance to craft personal keepsakes in a stress-free environment. 

Background:
“Craft Corner” and Noontime Concert” are long-time USU events that students, faculty and staff all enjoy. “Craft Corner” gives participants the opportunity to express themselves through a variety of themed crafts. “Noontime Concert” lets students enjoy live music by artists from a variety of genres and cultures.
