Northridge— The University Student Union (USU) is excited to introduce the cool new event, “USU Virtual Trivia Night”! On Wednesday, April 29, put your pop culture knowledge to the test and enjoy some friendly online competition with fellow Matadors in a good game of Kahoot via Zoom. Make sure to register by Tuesday, April 28 through the WuFoo form, link listed below, and don’t miss this chance to take a victory in one of the many trivia sessions.
“The USU is here to connect with CSUN students and continue showing them a good time from their homes,” says Jayden Kael, Student Event Assistant at USU Events. “This quarantine period has given students a chance to catch up on the latest shows and online trends, so this is a perfect opportunity to put their pop culture smarts to the test in a fun competition,” added Rutha Shah, Student Event Assistant at USU Events.
Participants can sign up to compete in four different themes for each Kahoot trivia session. You can challenge your Disney Movies/Character knowledge from 5 to 5:30 p.m. Those who think they can take first place in the TC/Movies session can sign up from 5:30 to 6 p.m. Harry Potter fans can test whether they’re a true “Potterhead” with the Kahoot session from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Finally, those who think they know what there is to know about everything pop culture can sign up for the 6:30 to 7 p.m. time slot.
