If you want to get fit and healthy, we’re here to show you the right way to do it. We’re offering a variety of Learn the Basics workshops during the first two weeks of the spring semester specifically designed to teach you the most common movements performed in Group Exercise classes and fitness training zones. You can gain all the information you need to know from a certified instructor including the basics of yoga, kettlebells, injury-free training and more. There’s no reason to be intimidated about trying out a new class, because we’re here to show you how it’s done.
SRC members can register online or in-person at the Total Training Zone desk as early as one week in advance of each class. Space is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
