New Essential Talks Coming this Winter

November 25, 2020

Join the University Student Union for a new series of Essential Talks designed to deepen your commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism, funded by the Diversity and Equity Innovation Grant (DEIG).

We’ll offer a variety of significant opportunities to uplift and support underserved communities on campus which include Black Chat, a processing space for Black students to verbalize their concerns around racial issues; a Multicultural Speaker Series, which will highlight cutting edge research on anti-racist and multicultural engagement; and our Anti-Racist Learning Network, a rotating training and facilitation program focused on marginalized groups—primarily Black/African Americans.

More information about these important events will be coming soon.
