The University Student Union (USU) encourages all CSUN students to vote in the upcoming USU Board of Directors spring elections, held on the same day as the Associated Students elections. The USU Board of Directors is a student-led, action-oriented team dedicated to making a difference for every Matador. Your vote is vital to the future of the CSUN campus – because the people you elect will get things done for you.
Freddie Sanchez, USU Associate Director of Marketing & Programs, is responsible for coordinating this event.
Voting takes place on Wednesday, April 4, through Thursday, April 5.
Students may vote online, in front of the Oviatt Library, at the CSUN Campus Store or near the Arbor Grill/Education Building. To vote online, please look for your personalized ballot link in your my.csun.edu mailbox.
The USU Board of Directors make important decisions to improve campus life for all CSUN students, which is why it’s crucial for all students to vote in the elections.
Over the last few years, the USU Board has been responsible for a range of significant new additions to the University Student Union at CSUN, including the Student Recreation Center, Veterans Resource Center, Pride Center and the Oasis Wellness Center. Each semester, they bring the campus popular USU events such as Matafest, Matador Nights, CARNAVAL and many others!
