Get Informed and Get Involved at “The History of Armenia: Connections to Today” with the USU

WHAT:
The University Student Union (USU), in collaboration with the Armenian Student Association and the Armenian Studies Department, invites the CSUN community to an informative discussion of historical context and recent news on Armenia at “The History of Armenia: Connections to Today” all via Zoom. On Monday, Nov. 2 starting at 12 p.m., join us as we draw connections from the past to the terror and violence happening now in Armenia. Learn how you can get involved to spread awareness and advocate for this proud and beautiful country.

WHO:
Jessica Aceves, Diversity and Inclusion Operations Assistant, is responsible for this event.

The event will take place on Monday, Nov. 2 at 12 p.m.

WHY:
With recent news on the situation in Armenia, the University Student Union wants to educate and contribute to the cause for the CSUN campus community and its solidarity with of our Armenian students.
