Northridge—The University Student Union (USU) invites all CSUN student to its popular “Crunch Time” event, just in time for finals! From Monday, May 7, to Thursday, May 17, this two-week event is here to cater to all your finals-related needs, from free food to de-stressing with massages and grabbing last-minute test supplies. The first week, starting May 7, will take place in the East Conference Center at the USU. The second week, starting May 14, is located on the Plaza del Sol.
“Finals is stressful for every student involved because we all need to make those grades,” said Benjamin Zimmerman, USU Student Events Assistant and Event Lead. “At the USU, we care about our Matadors and their academic success, which is why we host ‘Crunch Time’ each semester to support every CSUN student!”
During Week One from Monday, May 7, through Thursday, May 10, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., come to the East Conference Center, located across from the Student Recreation Center main entrance. You can enjoy free snacks, pick up exam supplies, receive relaxing massages, focus in the open group study space, or unwind at the Craft Corner. On that Thursday, you can also try out glow-in-the-dark yoga in a relaxation room to win some cool prizes!
Then during Week Two from Monday, May 14, through Thursday, May 17, from 7:30 to 9 a.m., you can join us for a tasty breakfast, beverages, and helpful exam supplies on the Plaza del Sol at the USU.
It’s “Crunch Time”, and the USU is here to help you finish your semester strong! Don’t miss out on this jam-packed event, filled with free food, glow-in-the dark yoga, massages and a whole lot more—all for free!
