Northridge — The Pub Sports Grill at the University Student Union (USU) is excited to invite all CSUN students, faculty and staff to “LA Nights” to watch the Lakers and Clippers games this Spring on their big screen TVs. The first featured game is on Wednesday, Feb. 3 at 7:30 p.m. when the Clippers take on the Timberwolves while fans enjoy their “Pub grub”, get Pub discount coupons and enter the halftime raffle for awesome team gear.
“LA Nights is a special opportunity for sports fans at CSUN to show their LA pride together right here on campus,” said Rachel Hood, Commercial Services Assistant, “If you can’t make it to the actual game, this is the next best thing!”
The first 100 guests that show up for “LA Nights” will receive a $2 coupon to the Pub Sports Grill. During halftime, attendees will have the opportunity to partake in the LA Nights raffle. Prizes include great Laker and Clipper merchandise like team shirts, hats, lanyards and more.
Later in February, the Lakers will play the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday, Feb. 10 at 5 p.m. and then return to play the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday, Feb. 22 at 5 p.m. The Clippers will be on for the final “LA Nights” game of the month when they play the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday Feb. 24 at 7:30 p.m.
