“CSUNopoly: Financial Literacy Edition” at the USU to Help Students Learn to Better Manage Money

Northridge — The University Student Union (USU) is excited to present the annual return of “CSUNopoly: Financial Literacy Edition” in cooperation with the CSUN Financial Aid office. All students are encouraged to attend on Wednesday, Feb. 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Plaza del Sol located at the USU.  This free event aims to educate students on topics including financial aid, money management, loans, finances after college and much more. It will also offer free food from Dog Gone It and a chance to win an iPad Mini 2.

“CSUNopoly is an easy and convenient way for students to learn more about all of the financial resources available to them and ask important questions about money management and financial aid,” said Randy Sorensen, USU Events Supervisor, “Students will actually have a great time learning through a range of engaging activities.”

The USU is again partnering with CSUN Financial Aid to put on this fun and informative event. Topics to be covered include scholarships, CSUN Saves Campaign, money saving tips, student loans, The Price is Right, Road to Good Credit and financial aid.
