Military dependents and spouses are encouraged to join this roundtable discussion on topics related to wellness, building relationships and available resources. Plus, we’ll be teaming up with the Student Recreation Center to reduce stress and boost concentration with Gentle Yoga Flow for all fitness levels!

Come build a stronger community through a round table discussion that will focus on wellness, fostering relationships and sharing available resources. We will also collaborate with the Student Recreational Center (SRC) for a 55-minute yoga activity that includes various stretches and poses to help you reduce stress and boost concentration!
