Each year, Student Assistant Employees of the USU voluntarily take a survey created by Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA) about their experiences in the USU Employment Program. As the leading voice of student affairs, NASPA drives innovation and evidence-based, student-centered practice throughout higher education, nationally and globally. The data from the NASPA survey allows us to assess how employment at the USU impacts students’ success — both professionally and academically — and to understand how we can continue to improve our organization.
