Altadena Wildfire Tree Recovery
ReGreen Altadena Community TreeFest
The CSUN Urban Forestry Project collaborated with Altadena WILD and Outward Bound Adventures to start replanting Altadena's tree canopy lost in the Eaton Fire. On November 8, we will be distributing free saplings, big trees, seedlings, and seeds to the Altadena community. We'll also have community festival with exhibitors, food, and a healing ceremony.
Event is free to all.

CSUN’s Urban Forestry Project, together with local nonprofits and the County of Los Angeles, is working to restore Altadena’s urban canopy and train future Urban Foresters.
Raising $50,000 by 12/1 to help regrow resilient urban forests, donate trees for families who are rebuilding, & empower the next generation of urban foresters!
