Pre-Approved ICTs

The items listed below have been approved for purchase and DO NOT require an ICT procurement form submission. These items have been vetted by the ATI Procurement Committee as not falling into the criteria of ICT, as low accessibility impact, or else the ICT process has been completed by the Committee in advance (pre-approved). 

For products under Web Applications and Cloud Services, although they do not require an ICT procurement form, they do require a Plan for Alternate Access (PAA). Departments purchasing any of the products in this section must review and sign a pre-filled PAA through Adobe Sign. To access the PAAs for these products, go to the section below.

Subscriptions and digital documents that will be made available to students, visitors and/or the public, or any audience members who are not known at the time of purchase, require an ICT procurement form.

Web Applications and Cloud Services

For the items listed in this section, you are required to review and sign the Plan for Alternate Access (PAA) through Adobe Sign. Ultimately, it is your department's responsibility to ensure accessibility compliance for these ICT products. You must review the findings listed in this plan and ensure these ICT products comply with accessibility guidelines.
