Ballot Bowl

The Ballot Bowl is an initiative put on by the Secretary of State Alex Padilla where all of the CSU’s and other California universities participate in a friendly competition to see who can get the most students to register to vote. The number of students who register to vote is counted by students using the special link provided to them for registering, and them indicating that they attend CSUN. The purpose is to encourage as many eligible students to vote as possible by turning it into a fun competition between the CSU’s. Students will be asked to designate their college system and campus during the registration process. The selection is made on page 3 of the application process (Additional Information/Consent - Voter Registration Application).  During all of our Act Now events, and especially the ones dealing specifically with the election, we encourage students to vote using the Ballot Bowl link and indicate during registration that they attend CSUN!
