Financial assistance for the Teenage Drama Workshop (TADW) may be provided by the program itself or another organization or fund. Applications are reviewed by the Executive Director of TADW and senior administrative staff.

Scholarship Application deadline: Wednesday, February 12, 2020. 

Financial Aid

TADW Tuition for 2020 is $2,300. There are a limited number of 50% partial scholarships available and it is recommended you submit your application as soon as registration begins. Scholarships are based upon proof of financial need. Scholarship decisions will be made on February 19th.  Applicants must register and pay the $250 non-refundable deposit before consideration for a scholarship.  

If you wish to apply for a scholarship please fill out the the application form. Scholarship applications received after February 19 will be dependent upon available funding.  Any questions regarding scholarships please email our Financial Analyst Alicia Lawrence at alicia.lawrence@csun.edu.

Each summer, one student is selected to receive the Sam Loeb Spirit of TADW which is full tuition for the following summer at TADW.  This award is announced at the Munch n’ Crunch (our final day celebration).  


Please be aware of the following:

Students seeking financial aid are not eligible to attend TADW until notification. In order for a determination to be made, the following items must be submitted:

  1. A completed Financial Aid application.
  2. A $250 deposit (checks made out to the TEENAGE DRAMA WORKSHOP).

Otherwise, full tuition is due before June 3, 2020.

Should an applicant not be approved for financial assistance, full tuition is due by the first day of classes.



Installment Payment Program

Installment payments are available. For more information, please contact Financial Analyst, Alicia Lawrence at 818-677-3088.  A $250 deposit must be submitted with the initial application prior to installment payment consideration.  Members approved for the Installment Payment Program must make tuition payments in a timely manner to assure continued eligibility to attend.
