You know that feeling where your brain seems to be sputtering to a halt? Researchers call that "mental fatigue," and spending time in nature has a host of benefits, including helping to reduce mental fatigue. Join our weekly Green Bag Lunch Series to connect with CSUN community members in the healing environment of our award winning “Tree Campus USA”. Please BYOGB (Bring Your Own Green Bag) and enjoy insights by our CSUN Sustainability Champions who will moderate the lunch.

This week's topic is the final ''Resilient Northridge: A Plan for a Better Community & Campus", moderated by Dr. Craig Olwert and co-presented by Dr. Zeynep Toker.

Craig Olwert is an Assistant Professor in Urban Studies and Planning.  He has been the undergraduate advisor since Spring 2013 and the faculty advisor for the Urban Planning Students of Northridge since Fall 2011. His research interests revolve around the general idea of city form and sustainability.

Zeynep Toker is a Professor and Graduate Advisor. Her research interests focus on the ways to accommodate user needs and preferences generally in the built environment, especially in housing.
