You know that feeling where your brain seems to be sputtering to a halt? Researchers call that "mental fatigue," and spending time in nature has a host of benefits, including helping to reduce mental fatigue. Join our weekly Green Bag Lunch Series to connect with CSUN community members in the healing environment of our award winning “Tree Campus USA”. Please BYOGB (Bring Your Own Green Bag) and enjoy insights by our CSUN Sustainability Champions who will moderate the lunch.

This week's topic will be highlights from a recent grant from Los Angeles Department of Water & Power, moderated by Dr. Loraine Lundquist.

Dr. Loraine Lundquist is a physicist, educator, and activist. Her research has ranged from solar magnetic activity to science education. She is a faculty associate at the Institute for Sustainability and teaches the SUST 401 class in the Sustainability Minor program
