Academic Grievance and Grade Appeal
Students can initiate a grade appeal, but first they must attempt to resolve the issue informally with the instructor and the Department Chair/Associate Dean of the college in which the course was taught by scheduling a preresolution meeting. Requests for formal resolution will not be accepted until the informal processes have been exhausted.

Please contact Maria Angell for assistance prior to submitting a formal appeal. Incomplete forms will not be accepted without documentation that the informal processes have been exhausted.
