Personal Training (In-Person & Virtual)

The Student Recreation Center of the University Student Union is excited to offer SRC Members in-person and virtual one-on-one personal training sessions with professional trainers who are committed to making sure you get the best out of every workout. With the help of a Personal Trainer in-person at the SRC or virtually on Zoom, you’ll have a program that is unique to you and your personal fitness goals.

Personal Training

SRC staff are ready to perform a range of fitness assessments to determine your body mass index, heart rate, blood pressure, and aerobic fitness level. In addition, wellness information is offered to help you stay healthy while performing to the best of your abilities.

Each one-on-one appointment is conducted by a personal trainer and is personalized to incorporate your specific goals, interests and needs.

Each session is 55 minutes. Sign up at the front desk.

Fitness Evaluations

Fitness Evaluation — FREE

30 minute brief evaluation of one’s personal fitness. Basic body composition measurements will be taken.

Equipment Orientation

30 minute overview of the fitness equipment in all fitness areas in the SRC. Small groups of three to six.
