Total Body Workout to Challenge Students

The Student Recreation Center (SRC) presents Master Class: R.I.P.P.E.D (Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometric, Endurance and Diet) Master Class with co-founder Terry Shorter.  

Hector Moreno is the event assistant coordinating this event.

Thursday, Feb. 21. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Starts at 6 p.m.

Master class provides an opportunity for students to participate in workouts that are meant to inspire and revitalize the need for a high intensity challenge. Students will meet and exercise with high profile trainers who will challenge them in calorie blasting classes.

After realizing that other group workouts didn’t fit what their fitness goals were, Terry Shorter and Alex Isaly developed “The One Stop Body Shock” ™ workout program, R.I.P.P.E.D. This total body workout is “plateau proof” and doesn’t allow the body to get accustomed to the same workout every week. The six components that represent this fitness curriculum guarantee that the participant will never get bored and will burn calories and build muscle at the same time. Students are required to obtain passes to attend this event. Passes are available at
