If you want to work out, we’re here to show you the right way to do it. For the first two weeks of the spring semester, the Student Recreation Center is offering a variety of workshops designed to teach you the fundamentals of fitness. Whether you’re new to these workouts or are due for a refresher, Learn the Basics workshops are an excellent way for SRC members to learn how to properly execute the most common exercises performed around the SRC. With the guidance of our certified instructors, you’ll gain all the information you need to get in the grind with workshops for Cycling, Yoga, Zumba and more.
