Work towards your fitness resolutions during New Year New You, our exciting eight-week incentive program at the Student Recreation Center in the University Student Union, by completing specified activities in essential goal areas: Cardio, Strength or Restorative!
Strength Training • Rock Climbing • Group Exercise • Intramurals • Open Rec • Racquetball • Swimming • And more!
Just complete the eligible activities at the SRC and Oasis during the challenge from Jan. 29 to March 25 to reach your fitness goals. If you submit at least eight workout activities in each of the goals, you’ll receive a commemorative New Year New You t-shirt (Limit one shirt per person, while supplies last) and be automatically entered into a raffle to win a $50 Visa gift card!
