The challenge is to swim the distance of your choice at your own pace. The more you swim, the more prizes you can win.

Ryan Hairapetian, SRC Aquatics Coordinator, is responsible for this event.

Monday, Sept. 17 through Sunday, Oct. 21

SRC Rec Pool & Plaza Pool

This fitness challenge provides SRC members with a friendly competition against each other while heightening member engagement and increasing awareness of both SRC swimming pool locations.

SRC members will be challenged to swim the distance of their choice at both the SRC Rec and Plaza pools. Participants will log their progress each day as they progress through important milestones (10k yards [400 laps], 30k yards [1,200 laps], 50k yards [2,000 laps]) in order to win great prizes along the way. The first five swimmers who complete the 2,000 lap goal will be eligible to win CSUN Campus Store gift cards and SRC Towel Service for the semester.
