We’re offering a variety of workshops to help you Learn The Basics over the course of two weeks starting Tuesday, Aug. 28. Each workshop instructed by our experienced staff is designed to teach you the essential movements performed in Group Exercise Classes and fitness training zones. Choose from a variety of courses including yoga, boxing, meditation and more! Our workshops will ensure you’re making the most out of every workout!
