Children’s Swim Lessons at the SRC this Fall!

What: 

The Student Recreation Center at the University Student Union invites all children and grandchildren of current SRC members to this fall’s “Children’s Swim Lessons.” Give your child or grandchild the lessons they need to become a better swimmer and more confident in the water. All classes will meet for 30- minuets, once a week on Saturday for five weeks. 

Who:

Ryan Hairapetian, SRC Aquatics Coordinator, is responsible for this event. 

When:

Session 1-Saturday, Sept. 19 to Saturday, Oct. 17.

Session 2-Saturday, Oct. 24 to Saturday, Nov. 21

Registration for session 1 opens up on Monday, Aug. 10 and closes on Friday, Sept. 19

Registration for session 2 opens up on Monday, Aug. 10 and closes on Friday, Oct. 24. 

Where:

Rec Pool at the SRC

Why:

Provide children and grandchildren of SRC members an opportunity to improve their swimming skills. 

Background: 

Each Children’s Swim Lessons session includes five classes for only $21 and can be purchased online at csun.edu/src/ aquatics or at the SRC front desk. All lessons are taught by utilizing American Red Cross Guidelines and techniques.
