Put Your Skills to the Test at the "StrongMatador: HIIT Circuit Challenge" at the SRC

The Student Recreation Center (SRC) of the University Student Union (USU) invites all SRC members to participate in the "StrongMatador: HIIT Circuit Challenge", where participants can work to complete as many rounds of the HIIT circuit in the least amount of time! Do you have what it takes to win the ultimate title of StrongMatador? Starting Monday, Sept. 24, join in on this exciting opportunity!

Amanda Christianson, SRC Fitness Programs Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating this event.

From Monday, Sept. 24 to Friday, Sept. 28

Located in the Top Level Training Zone at the SRC

Provide students an opportunity for friendly competition and a chance to win cool prizes.

The “StrongMatador HIIT Circuit Challenge” includes: 300 Meter Row, 30 Battle Rope Wipes, 3 180° Plyo-Flips, 3 Sandbag Reverse Lunges, 3 Sled-Pushes and 3 Sandbag Bear Drags. The top ten participants from each bracket will receive a StrongMatador T-shirt and a SRC swag bag. The highest performers will receive the ultimate title of StrongMatador and a $50 Visa gift card.
