Whether you have some boxing experience or you’re a complete beginner, our Train Like a Pro Boxing Challenge is the perfect opportunity to increase your skills and knowledge of boxing. From Monday, Feb. 20 to Saturday, Feb. 25, all SRC members are invited to enhance their personal fitness with this full-body workout focused on key boxing skills that include Shadowboxing, Heavy Bag, Speed Bag, Jump Rope and Sparbar.
Participants who complete our preset challenge workouts will also be eligible to enter a raffle to win an awesome Boxing Essentials pack, which includes boxing gloves, ear buds, jump rope and more!
