The Train Like a Pro Boxing Challenge at theStudent Recreation Center of the University Student Union is here to help you increase your boxing skills—whether you’re an experienced boxer or a complete beginner! From Monday, Nov. 4 to Saturday, Nov. 9, all SRC members are invited to experience a full-body workout with a side of friendly competition. All you have to do is show your skills by participating in following boxing challenges:
- 100 Straight Punches on the Heavy Bag
- 50 Straight Punches on the Double-End Bag
- 100 Dips on the Dip Line
- 50 Jump Rope Sets
The participants who complete these tasks in the fastest time will take home some awesome prizes! Take on the Train Like a Pro Boxing Challenge at the SRC…Where Matadors Play!

Activities can be only completed at the SRC during Boxing Training Program (BTP) hours. To sign up for the Boxing Training Program, please stop by the Total Training Zone desk during listed BTP hours of operation and request a BTP pass.
