Come progress in your fitness journey with one, some, or all of the Learn the Basics workshops hosted by the SRC of the University Student Union! Join us at the beginning of the semester to expand your knowledge of fitness and take care of your body and mind with four interactive virtual sessions on Zoom. These workshops will not only include fun movement with some of our SRC trainers and instructors, but you’ll get to learn more about how you can make your fitness journey unique to you!

Hypertrophy Training: How To Increase Your Muscle Mass 

Join us for Hypertrophy Training: How To Increase Your Muscle Mass by learning all about how to up those reps safely, strengthen your body and get those muscles growing. This 60-minute workshop will teach you how to increase your muscle mass safely while also targeting the areas you want to work on to maximize your workout!
