Join us at the beginning of the semester to expand your knowledge of fitness and take care of your body and mind with four interactive virtual sessions on Zoom. These workshops will not only include fun movement with some of our SRC trainers and instructors, but you’ll get to learn more about how you can make your fitness journey unique to you!

How To Build Stronger Glutes
We love all of the muscle groups equally of course, but this workshop is all about How To Build Stronger Glutes! This 60-minute workshop focuses on how to strengthen your gluteus maximus and get the most out of every workout. The knowledge you take from here can also help you to build a training program that includes strengthening your glutes so join us for this last workshop in the Learn the Basics series!
