Learn how to properly support your fitness journey with one, some or all of the Learn the Basics workshops hosted by the Student Recreation Center of the University Student Union! With three different interactive workshops on Zoom, you can expand your knowledge of health and fitness and learn new ways to take care of your body and mind. Led by our SRC trainers, this is a special opportunity to discover how you can make the most out of your workouts.
Did you know that out of all the muscles in your body, the gluteus maximus is the largest? Come discover movements that will teach you different ways to train your glutes to maximize your workout. This 60-minute workshop will help you to bridge the gap between exercise selection and workout programming to build stronger glutes.
