Get American Red Cross Certified for CPR/First Aid/AED in Only One Day

You can become American Red Cross certified in only one day during the Student Recreation Center’s Virtual American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Classes. During these live virtual certification classes on select Saturdays throughout this semester, you’ll acquire the skills it takes to provide immediate care to a suddenly injured or ill person by recognizing and responding to cardiac, breathing and first aid emergencies until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.

For more information, visit the Services section of the SRC’s website and register online through the SRC Portal. Once registered, you’ll receive information regarding curbside pickup and drop-off procedures for workshop materials including manikins, AEDs (automated external defibrillators), disposable gloves and masks. For questions, contact Ryan Hairapetian at 818-677-5804.

Be sure to take advantage of this important opportunity to learn crucial skills that save lives with Virtual American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED Classes from the SRC of the University Student Union … Where Matadors Belong.
