Good morning, Principal Investigators and Research Administrators:
Please remember that the due date to enter additional pay for spring break 2018 is on March 23, 2018. After spring break term is closed, you will not be able to enter any requests for spring break 2018 for faculty.
Please note that per Office of Faculty Affairs, spring break is available for additional work to AY faculty only. 12-month faculty and staff are not eligible to use spring break additional pay.
AY faculty can request up to 5 days of pay for federal and federal pass through projects. You may request an additional 1 day from a non-federal project.
