Scholarships

Two competitive scholarships are provided annually within the Department. These are the James Ring Scholarship Award and the California Planning Foundation Scholarship which is affiliated with the California Chapter of the American Planning Association.

Students Field Trip Forms

Maintain all forms in departmental offices for a minimum of two (2) years.

To be completed by faculty to record all student participants’ emergency contact information before departing on a University sponsored field trip.

Student Authorization to Operate Privately-Owned Vehicle (.pdf)
To be completed by all student participants who will operate a personal vehicle before departing on a University sponsored field trip.

Student Air Travel Voluntary Participation (.pdf)
This notification is used to advise the students traveling by air that they undertake air travel at their own risk.

Student Air Travel Informed Consent Statement (.pdf)
To be completed by all student participants traveling by air before departing on a University sponsored field trip.
