Kimberly Caseres, Michelle Sadigh and Professor Tyler Hughes at the SPSA ConferenceThis January, in New Orleans, Political Science students, Kimberly Caseres and Michelle Sadigh received valuable experience presenting their research at the 2018 Southern Political Science Association conference with faculty mentor, Prof. Tyler Hughes. Their paper, “Analyzing Non-Incremental Changes to Partisan Issue Attention in the U.S House of Representatives, 1989-2012,” examined the causes and consequences of partisan agenda setting in Congress.
